본 교과목은 세라믹디자인과 매니지먼트의 본질에 관한 이해를 바탕으로 세라믹디자인 관련 전공의 이론 및 실무, 프로세스 등을 통합하여 연구하여 디자인 조직을 구성하는 인적·물적 자원과 디자인 프로세스를 효율적으로 관리하는데 필요한 문제의 해결과 의사결정 방법을 중점적으로 학습하는 교과목이다. 이 과목을 통하여 세라믹관련 기업의 성공적인 디자인경영을 위한 전략을 위한 역량을 기룰 수 있게 한다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course aims at learning ways of problem solving and decision making necessary for the efficient management of the human and material resources of a design organization and of the design process by understanding the nature of ceramic design and management and by making an integrated research on the theory, practice and process of ceramic design. Students should develop an ability to formulate successful strategies required for the efficient design management of ceramic-related businesses.
